Some Ideas Sound Good On Paper ,But look horrible on paper ....

Heinz St Paddy's Day Sauce  (Green Ketchup  For St Patrick's Day)

However-  In the bottle it looks Okay-- but trust me-- if you get the green ketchup from the packets... the way it looks when it is squeezed out... does not look very appetizing... If it was not for the fact that I could read what was on the packet to know what was in it... I certainly would have turned it down...  Now granted I like Green Salsa even Guacamole, but the consistency of this sauce is not really appetizing...   If you see the pictures-- I did not manipulate the colors at all...

Looked good as an idea on paper, but no-good on paper...

Life Faith Autopilot?

Life, Faith, Autopilot?

Have you noticed the following? Alarm clock goes off and you rush off to work without really thinking? Before you know it, there is lunchtime and the debate is what restaurant have you not had this week to eat? Once you are through your day it may take a few cups of coffee to get through the day and then rush home. If this is you then your life is may be on autopilot. How should you get out of this rut? The answer is simple, just take a few steps outside your normal and enjoy life.

There still is one question left to ask yourself, “Is my faith on autopilot?” Imagine if you went to work and the doors were locked shut at work. Would it be worse when you realize something is wrong when judgment is upon you? In the end, it would all come down to your faith being on autopilot. Would you be surprised or angry? Some people I have found go to Church, because it is Sunday and is the way it has always been so.

This may come as a surprise, but the calendar we use now did not exist in the time of Christ. Do you think the disciples said, "I am only going to walk ,listen, and pray with Jesus one day of the week (SUNDAY??)?" I should hope the answer is NO to that question.

We should realize that daily we must take off the Autopilot and give thanks to God.

It is in this little act not just on Sunday that we must do where we take control of our lives and salvation. When you keep on the autopilot your life will pass you by.
When God is in control of your life greater things will happen.

Remember when Dos ran on a 4.77mhz Processor and 128kB of memory and 2 Floppy Disks.

I can also remember when Windows 95 ran on a 60mhz processor, 48mb memory and 8mb video card.... Now you need at least 1GHZ processor and 1gig memory and a 64mb video card....

Just remember we went to the moon with a computer with these specs here...

The lunar mission used a command module computer designed at MIT and built by Raytheon, which paved the way to "fly by wire" aircraft.

The so-called Apollo Guidance Computer (AGC) used a real time operating system, which enabled astronauts to enter simple commands by typing in pairs of nouns and verbs, to control the spacecraft. It was more basic than the electronics in modern toasters that have computer controlled stop/start/defrost buttons. It had approximately 64Kbyte of memory and operated at 0.043MHz.

So tell me-- If we went to the moon with a computer like that, then why is it so hard for the people of the world to follow God's plan? As a believer we know that God has a program for us and that is all covered in the Bible. When we are on our computers we tend to save our pictures, words, and thoughts. We should know that in life in order to be saved we must believe in Jesus who will save us in the end.

This is the rebirth of the blog...

I will try to post computer tips...
The first tip is the defragmentation. (this only applies to Windows)

Yes Windows Does it now on a schedule, however, by default it is setup to run Wednesday at 1am.
There is a problem with this, because most people shut down their computers when they are not using them.

I suggest doing this at least once a month (unless you have a SSD) - A SSD is a solid state hard drive which by default if you have one Windows will not show Defrag as being installed.

In Windows Vista, 7, or 8- type Defrag in the search and it will be on the list.

In 95/NT4/98/ME/ 2000/ XP it is in the start menu, all programs, accessories, then computer tools -- Alternative- Prior to Vista you can hold down the windows key and press the r key... then type defrag and it should bring it up

Select normally C: then defrag

This may take a while if it has never been ran before.

What is defrag without being technical.-

It is like organizing a tool box to put tools in an order to find them easier.

This puts the pieces of your files together so it can be found easier.

Now this raises a question... Commander Data was a machine... and he knew who manufactured himself, but yet still wanted more.... This can be said for example about all the people say they are religious, but Do they really believe or know God created them? If an android can say it too... There has to first be belief. What this means is that a robot can respond back to you but a person of faith knows how to pray and then respond back to the unknown.

REPOST FOR A FRIEND-

Got the MS Security CD in the Mail today- Put it in my machine- and it said everything was cool no updates needed. (That is the Thing about having enabled the Auto Update as well as manually checking once a week Windows UPDATE). Though what is cool is that it comes with a 1 year free trial to Etrust- EZ ARMOR LE0 I have not tried it yet. But it is nice to know that MS would bundle an update CD one per household though."my-etrust.com" .
If you want the Free Udate CD.

For me this is a blessing in the fact that now when I reinstall Windows XP I don't have to wait on a download for Service Pack 1.(This for Dial Up Users Takes Days)
It also has Windows Media Player 9 update and also Direct X9b update. (These for dial up people take hours to download)

Plus some other assorted updates.
The cd contains updates for Win98/ME/2000 (the SP4 update)/Windows XP.
So please to help you avoid taking the risk of getting nasty viruses from going to web unprotected upon reinstall. Get yourself a copy...Your computer will thank you for it (that is if computers could talk) although I think at the end Microsoft thanks you for using thier product.

So I should suggest that you ask for your free copy today (limit one per household)

And finally had time to get the links to work.... As well as found the little error why my images were not showing up properly. :)
A Sad Surprise unfolding......

Well the Court Case has been postponed til next month- Wierd thing he claimed was that his 1st Admendment was violated.

Though it saddens me to say that I just recently lost my Job - As of Wed- That is mainly why most of my friends have not seen me online.

If I do not find a Job this week you will more than likely not see me online at all until things get sorted out.

I am currently in the process of finding a new Job and a new place to live with a lower rent payment.

The reason I lost my job is due to this pending court case.

So please be patient and I will reapear on the web hopefully soon. The first things to go before I am homeless will be the Phone- which is my internet connection.

Ever wanted to know what really goes on in the minds of developers?
I have finally found a site devoted to some of the madness. (but seriously it is a great site)
Channel 9 started as a personal story from one of us about fear of flying. Lenn realized after years of dealing with it, that it was actually a fear of the unknown. The fear was conquered through learning. The more transparency into what it took to fly a plane, the more the fear went away. Lenn got to know pilots who flew planes everyday, and every time he flew he turned on Channel 9 on the in-flight audio system to listen in to the cockpit.

We think developers need their own Channel 9, a way to listen in to the cockpit at Microsoft, an opportunity to learn how we fly, a chance to get to know our pilots. Five of us in Redmond are crazy enough to think we just might learn something from getting to know each other. Were we wrong? Time will tell.

Join in, and have a look inside our cockpit and help us fly the plane.

Welcome to Channel 9.

The above is a quoted introduction on the left side. But please have a look...Kick the tires...Check the odometer reading....You will find some fresh ideas as well as get to know some of the people who bring windows and applications to you.

Now the question I have is this.
What foods do you eat when you have stiches in your lip?

Basically the answer is simple.
1.Foods Prepared for Old People with no teeth.
2.Foods that you feed to small children.
3.Foods that you can blend together.(mix til mush)

Though have been surviving on the following.

Jello
Pudding
Potted Meat.
Macaroni with some tuna.
Rice Meals (variety that gives some spice)
Soups (have to stay away from things with tomatoe base or ones with high acid content (OUCH)
Some thin sliced cake assorted
MilkShakes.
Yogurt.

The issues with food mainly are because of chewing and acid content or spice content.
Though soft cooked vegtables and soft fruit seem to help as well.

Well recently as some of my friends may know I was violently attacked. I am not going to say anything more about the incident in this blog about the details.

But what does concern me is that my job may be in question now.
All I have to say is that "I AM THE VICTIM HERE"
Now the reason my job is in question.
By me chasing my attacker away...That constitutes that I am a violent person and do not belong in the work place.
